A Woman Made of Snow

A beautifully written story that I thoroughly enjoyed reading.

It was sad and heartbreaking at times which made me want to reach into book and give some of the characters a big hug. On the other hand, there were also a couple of characters that I really wouldn't have minded throttling! They were horrible!

There was some beautiful writing especially when we followed Oliver's journey. The descriptions of the artic, where the Inuits lived, the clothes they wore, etc was really well done. I liked that we got to read about Oliver's journey firsthand rather than just through letters or second hand recollections.
