An interesting and unexpectedly poignant look at the business workings of Hollywood circa 1982. If you're into movies you basically have to read this.
Considering his pessimistic view of all the “comic-book movies” in 1982 I can only imagine how he'd feel today.
Reading him gush about a single moment with Laurence Olivier is worth the whole book on its own.
