An English Bride in Scotland

This book is majorly problematic. I enjoyed it still but worth noting. The love interest has lax ideas about consent whilst being described as a rare and she should be lucky to have such a caring husband. He plans to get her drunk in order to have sex (rape) and contemplates having sex with her whilst she sleeps (rape). It doesn't matter if they are in a relationship or not, consent is still needed and this could trigger those who have had similar experiences. Also there is clear signs of grooming from the villain which also made me uncomfy. Also the depiction of her curves as fat as a way to show just how beauty she is, was also unnecessary.
