The book was fine and really moved along. I have a hard time remembering the characters well, or the plot, after a few weeks, so I'm not sure I'll pick up the next book in the series.
I liked this book, the characters and the universe they're in seems very interesting. The characters seem like they're destined for many more interesting adventures as well, since at this time there are two additional books in this series.
It feels like this is a much more mature series than the Space Rogues series. That is to say, it is darker, a less fun, but an interesting take on a future of humanity that doesn't involve meeting aliens to put us in our place.
