This how you do a plus sized romance so right. I could not love our main FMC any more, she absolutely saved this book for me. Lexie is an emergency room nurse looking for a desperate escape from the trauma plaguing you day to day life. She finds herself show sitting a penthouse that belongs none other than our MMC. Callum is known as the “fixer” aka someone how takes odd jobs to get rid of problems. This whole part of the story line was really hard for me to understand??

The set up of this story and the forced proximity was perfect. The real star of our show was Lexie, I loved that girl. I never have laughed at a FMC inner dialogue before. Callum was okay, I just didn't feel connection to his character in the slightest. Some aspects of the story felt slightly drawn out, I almost dnf because it wasn't moving fast enough for my liking. Overall, a good mafia read with a unique plot, OTT possessive/obsessive man, plus sized FMC with personality for days.
