Assassin's Creed Escape Room Puzzle Book

Nice story, not very good puzzles. Some of them are impossible to do without hints, as the text does not give any clues to them. Some of them are structured in a weird way, parts of them are on the pages that follow after “Do not read futher without solving the puzzle”, so that makes no sense.
