Yes, yes you can. And that's how I felt about this book. The writing was decent but the story was just okay for me, and a little frustrating at times. Maybe this is why I shouldn't read books with love triangles/cheating because I get angry when it's so obvious who the guy needs to be at the end but the girl won't make up her mind. Then I just end up skimming most of the story to find out who she chooses.

3.75This was an audio for me and I'm conflicted about rating it. I think that if I'd read it I would've enjoyed it more. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad, I was just kind of bored. [a:Sebastian York 7266223 Sebastian York https://s.gr-assets.com/assets/nophoto/user/u_50x66-632230dc9882b4352d753eedf9396530.png] does his usual bang-up job, however [a:Molly Glenmore 14138154 Molly Glenmore https://s.gr-assets.com/assets/nophoto/user/u_50x66-632230dc9882b4352d753eedf9396530.png] has me out of sorts. While her voice for Lucky is technically right I kind of found her too breathy, too annoying. Maybe this had something to do with how I felt about the character of Lucky. Paradoxically I really like her voice for male characters. On to the story.This is the story of an up-and-coming Rock Star, Flynn Beckham, who along with his band has gotten the break to open for Easy Rider, a band that sells out arenas. Of course there's a hitch. While at a bar to meet Dylan Ryder the lead singer of Easy Ryder, he lays eyes on Lucky and he's a goner. Problem is Lucky is Dylan's girlfriend. The attraction between Flynn and Lucky is instant and palpable and once Flynn joins the tour things heat up quickly. Flynn is sexy, charming, talented and an overall really good guy and I could totally see why Lucky fell for him. She's been with Dylan for about a year but she's not head over heels in love with him. It's more like he's the guy whose poster she had on her bedroom wall as a teen. He's about 10 years older than her but that's not an issue. She just isn't gaga over him which is why I was so annoyed that it took her so long to break things off with Dylan once she and Flynn got together. I don't care about the cheating. I'm annoyed over the handwringing and indecisiveness when things were pretty clear to anyone who bothered to look.If you have more patience than me you might enjoy this. The story was sexy, well told and the ending was nice. All of the other characters are great and believable including Dylan who is given a few nasty qualities but I just felt like he was tired of the road and trying to remain relevant and commercial in the cut throat world of arena rock.
