Beautifully Unexpected

I think I am ready to break up with Lily Morton, at least her contemporary romance novels. Beautifully Unexpected may have slightly older MCs but the formula is pretty much the same as her other work: snarky banter between two men who have sex and start to catch feelings but don't want to admit it, friends/families who look on knowingly, and a very sappy ending with unicorns and rainbows. There's nothing wrong with it, but I it's not what I need right now.
