Because of Ben

I liked Marco, I liked Ben, but didn't buy into their Insta-love. Also not a fan of Marco constantly referring to Ben as his “pretty boy,” which calls attention to the major power imbalance between the two. And I don't mind it if an MC smokes occasionally, but Marco is constantly lighting up cigarettes in almost every scene, which disturbed me. I enjoyed the first book in the Star Crossed series ([b:Not Until Noah 58962270 Not Until Noah (Star Crossed, #1) Lisa Henry https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1631254546l/58962270.SY75.jpg 92930765]), but this one left me cold.
