Becoming His

Not sure why I didn't love this as much as everyone else did. Maybe it was a little too schmaltzy for my taste at a time when I'm feeling extra cynical. I'm not a fan of big age differences, although the trope is handled well here - it's a facet of the relationship dynamics but it doesn't overwhelm them. Con Riley is hit or miss for me, and this one goes in the “not quite” category. Maybe the next one in the series, featuring characters we met in His Compass, will be more my cup of tea.
