Another great travel story by Bonnie Leon. Her pacing is spot-on, and the details in each scene drew me so deep into the story world that it was nearly disorienting to return to my own life every time I had to set down the book. Bonnie has such a knack for creating believable, true-to-life characters that they usually feel like old friends by the time I finish the second or third chapter – and sometimes sooner! I highly recommend her books.
Though I am a copyeditor for Ashberry Lane Publishing (the publisher of The Journey of Eleven Moons), I joined the AL team after Journey released. I received no compensation for my honest review.
