the real rating for this book is somewhere between 2.5 stars and 3 stars. THE AUTHOR IS CRUEL! WHY WOULD SHE DESTROY A PERFECT CALM AND PEACEFUL LIBRARY?! HOW COULD YOU? WHAT DID THE LIBRARY EVER DO TO YOU?!!!
not sure if i like the ending but can see that nr. 4 in the series is on the way.
but all 3 books are a good read
I loved the ending! Color me impressed.
-SPOILER ALERT-
At first I was totally shocked when the searchers revealed the last stage of the plan, seeing as how no human would want that to happen. But it was beautiful how the pack saw that quite differently and wasn't even whiny about it. And the author managed to convey the pack feelings really well on this point so that the readers could really understand how the pack felt. Afterwards I also realized how this enabled the pack to find happiness despite having lost so many of their friends and family. Brilliant.
