I don't usually read these type of books but considering I already read Empowered Women with ADHD I figured give this a go since I'm trying to manage my ADHD. Just as the book mentioned this book was very educational. I really appreciated the meal planner Estelle integrated. If you haven't read this yet, I definitely recommend.
