this was sooo fun oh my godddd. a visual AND storytelling treat. i actually also have not listened to the podcast this was based off of (it's been on my to-listen for ages but i still have yet to get around to it) so i went into the comic wondering how this would read - if i would feel on the outside of an inside joke, or how the serial podcast part of this would translate to graphic novel. but at no point did i feel like this was originally a different medium, or that i was missing something. i was fully immersed. i don't think this is like, perfect or anything, but it was perfect for me i loved it. so glad i picked it up.
