This was a heavy, intense, painful and emotional read. I mean every word of it.
I can't tell you how many times when conflict clashed, it felt like a bullet hit right to my heart and I cried a couple of times throughout the book. It was a very hard read but nothing I couldn't handle but I'd take precautions if you can't handle a lot q of trigger warnings and very dark matters!

I want to briefly mention that this is a second book in North Haven University so I have not read the first book but after reading this I want to read more by this author!

Reading Jace's chapters was very dark and personal, it was like living inside of his head and his feelings were very raw, his struggles; with going about since that night was endearing for him. Jace was a broken traumatized soul that needed guidance to better himself and this book has taught us a few things and I believe that's why it's called Change My Game. I could empathize on his feelings which hit very close to home for me.

Paige is such an angel, always there for anyone and puts them before her. My heart crushed every time she faced the worst and she had to be strong. Stubborn but no quitter either. She becomes a huge rock for Jace and her loved ones that she can sometimes need someone there for her as well. Hesitated at first about helping Jace out without knowing what she was getting herself into. As she got closer and closer to Jace, secrets were unraveled, in a brutal painful way. She pulls herself away from it all, but always find her way back to him no matter what:
