“The tomato you find in June isn't the same as the tomato of September. And I love how we gently progress into a different veggie and fruit selection as we prepare the first warm soups.”

This was a lovely little short cookbook featuring some yummy recipes inspired by Autumn's bounty. There are three recipe sections (Appetizers - Drinks, Main Courses, and Desserts) Each section starts with a little introduction about one of the main ingredients in the recipe, followed by the recipe itself. With wine suggestions and little tips from Didier on how to change up spices etc at the end of each. We are also treated to some delicious looking photos and easy to follow instructions. I can't wait to try my hand at a few of these.
