This is the first of the Irish Village murders that I have listened to. I really enjoyed the rural setting and the characters. There were lots of suspects and twists. There were plenty of clues also. Lots packed into a novella.
The other two are series' that I have read one of. I'm really glad I got another read with these two. I wasn't super fond of the other ones that I read, so getting a second in both series was good. I like both series better after listening to another one. The murderer in the Maddie Day novella tugged on my heart. I always love a locked room mystery, so the Alex Erickson novella was enjoyable as well.
September seems to be Christmas month for publishers, so I have a bunch of holiday themed cozy mysteries to indulge in. First up is Christmas Cocoa Murder.
