3.5 stars!!!!
i was really looking forward to this book and despite it having great representation, i think it just fell a bit flat for me. i didn't really care about any of the characters (tbh i hated most of them) and the things that happened to them just left me like “....okayyy???”. the writing was really good and i enjoyed a lot of the commentary!

One of the BEST characterizations since forever! The characters felt so real to me!!
I enjoyed reading this book. It felt like latent anxiety, everything was building up like a tower made of blocks balanced on the edge, or a tightrope walker🤹🏽
I just finished it and the most memorable aspect of it were the characters - although it felt like a lot to keep up with at first, i have an idea of how theyre like and what they look like in my head!! I That's a remarkable thing to achieve because usually I just end up dnf-ing books with too many characters.
I think youd enjoy this book if ur a uni student who is interested in the perspectives of introverted characters, college friend groups, general dorm drama, growing up, questionable choices etc.
