The summary for this book makes it more interesting than it really is. The ‘secrets' and ‘lies' aren't very everlasting, nor are they so damaging that a few blackmails here and there can't fix. Romance is almost nonexistent – don't know why I even bothered to expect much from a guy writing this. But that isn't the main focus of this book so it isn't a huge detriment.
Main character, Will, Bill, whatever you want to call him has a bland personality. Andrea is far more interesting and conniving, with a worthy goal that seems to be shoved in last minute. I don't remember much of the other characters because there really wasn't much to them in the first place. The last 10% of the novel was this fast-paced action movie that came out of nowhere, details intentionally omitted to come as a huge plot-twist sensational story, and somehow in the middle of it all, the original bet that the whole premise was set upon was lost and forgotten. Borrow this from the library, or just sit there reading for an hour and a half. Not worth purchasing for any reason.
