3.5 StarsThis one was a bit of a mixed bag for me. One one hand, I love this author's writing style. The book was well written and well paced. The plot kept me interested and turning the pages. The sex scenes were hot. There was basically no angst and no OW or OW drama. It had a good cast of secondary characters, and both Casper and Aurora were both very likable main characters. However, as a couple they fell flat. They just didn't spend enough time together for me to feel like there was anything more than sex between them. They'd have sex for a few days, then Casper would leave for weeks. Have sex again for a few days, and he'd literally leave for MONTHS with little to no communication...rinse and repeat for the entire damn book. That aspect just didn't work for me. My other issue was that the ending felt rushed. In any case, I still love this author and Thiago & Luna have intrigued me since book one, so yours truly will wait first in line to get her grubby hands on that one!  BLOG FACEBOOK TWITTER PINTEREST BOOKBUB
