This is my second read by Jenn, and I quite enjoyed it. I love a good enemies-to-lovers, boss-x-employee romance. I can’t get enough of them. The storyline was pretty good, and the spice was great though I thought the FMC was a bit extra sometimes. Her past was a tough pill to swallow; that girl went through it.
Dallas the man that you are! I love how supportive he becomes when he finds out about Blaire’s past trauma and how supportive he continues to be even after her accident and his attitude towards him (rightfully so? I don’t know how I feel about that whole situation with the file on her past and all). I felt so bad for her after that accident with her way of thinking. I appreciate the way Dallas’ family was towards Blaire, even before they found out about what was going on between them, it was so cute. It was a good read in my opinion.

This is an Advanced Reader copy. Although this book was given to me as an ARC my thoughts are my own. Thank you to Jenn Plummer and Luna Literary Management for the ARC opportunity!

Dallas can fold me like a lawn chair and bend me like a pretzel on Christmas Eve. That man had me in a chokehold! This book was so well-written that I can't believe how good it is. This is my first time meeting Jen, and I'm excited to read more of her work and see what she comes up with in the future. If Dallas and Blair's dynamic is any indication, I can't wait to explore the other characters. Their mutual dislike for each other is amusing, especially since she has a reason for it while he doesn't. It's intriguing how they come together unexpectedly, thanks to the magic of nature and all its wonders.
Thank you so much to @authorjennplummer & @lunaliterary.management for letting me get the first crack at this book I'm not too sure if the girl is already for this one Dallas can be a bit much
