Crimes Against a Book Club

This is definitely a beach read (or in my case, an airplane read), somewhat entertaining and the characters ended up having more depth than it seemed that they would at the beginning. As someone who has spent a fair amount of time in La Jolla, I can understand using it as the setting for this book, but I also think the author painted La Jolla residents in way too broad of a stroke. And the ending tied up way too neatly. I wouldn't recommend this book, but it was fine as a freebie from Amazon.
