First, this book is aesthetically beautiful!
As someone wanting to improve their baking skills, this cookbook provides a challenge and guides the baker through many new (to me) skills.
While the recipes may seem a bit daunting at first, the instructions are clear and easy to follow (it also helps that you can watch Claire's YouTube channel Dessert Person for tutorials of many recipes!)
And most importantly, the finished results are always amazingly delicious!!
