Dinner Party: A Tragedy is a glorious family saga by Sarah Gilmartin. Kate is the main character and we follow her from the 1990s to the present day, as we visit significant sometimes turbulent times in the family history. The writing is terrific throughout whether focusing on the characterisation of each family member or the spot on dialogue.
