Dixie Wins the Race

My daughter has come to love [b:Dixie 10332184 Dixie Grace Gilman http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1348976202s/10332184.jpg 15234721], which we have as a Nook Book and she reads it over and over again so we were delighted to get a new Dixie book in [b:Dixie Wins the Race 13623970 Dixie Wins the Race Grace Gilman http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1344723585s/13623970.jpg 19227718]. I was confused at first, but then realized it is the same character but a different illustrator artist. I think both illustrations are great and I really do like this one. This specific story is a great one for dog lovers, knowing about that excited pup that just wants to help. Another great one for promoting reading with a topic of interest.
