This book was good, like really good. But it didn't give me that “wow” factor at the end. I partially blame the length of the book. The story was extremely well put together and complete, but I felt it was a little long at certain parts and I'd lose slight interest for a few days and then pick it up again. With all of that being said, there were a lot of very original elements to the tried and true coming of age fantasy which made the story great and stand out
