Elephants and Corpses

The concept of a corpse jumping body mercenary might sound gross but in such a short story, the author gives great commentary on what it means to be alive and how much it takes to retain one's humanity when all one deals with is death. I loved the blend of a fascinating world, interesting magic and some heartbreaking moments.
