This was great to listen to while working out in the mornings and doing chores throughout the day. For one such as me, who is just starting out on the journey to really get in tune with one's self, this book is a must. This is filled with useful statistics, explanations on how the brain works, how social interactions affect our emotional thinking and how the need for balancing it out is a must for our overall well being. As Daniel Goleman states, “Emotional learning is life long.”
