I love this series. I love the apocalyptic world. There are so many horrors the group has to deal with as well as the game and the gray areas the books is working into (What's good and bad). I love the use of Tarot cards as the symbol of these teens and their physical supernatural power. I cringed at the thought of a love triangle but Death is a surprising character. He is moody, sad, angry, can't touch and madness but it is all understandable after you learn about his story. At first, you may hate the character but by the end you feel for him even if he is making the wrong decisions. Evie is bad ass now that she is coming into her powers. Love Lark and her power. One thing that annoys me...Cliffhanger!!!! Now I have to wait...again.
OMG. This book was really good. I will come back and fills this in. On to the next book, in the series.
After reading Poison Princess I really wanted to continue the story. This is an interesting dystopian. It's a little too “racy” for me to recommend it to any young adults. The characters are interesting you loath the bad guys and love the good guys. The middle drags on a little and ending is rapid and leaves you hanging I'm afraid I'll get sucked into the next book as well.
