More of a thriller/mystery than overly creepy. I loved it. Very intriguing story about the inner workings of an asylum and what went on behind closed doors down the “pristine” hallways. Highly enjoyed the pictures throughout the book that were of real institutions, doctors and patients. Perfect October read.
