Evvie Drake Starts Over

This had an interesting premise and felt very real at times, yet I never quite got into it. The book couldn't decide whether it was chick-lit or romance, and the ending seemed lackluster. I'm not sorry I read it–it brought me to tears a couple of times, but it won't stand out in my memory. At the same time, it won't stop me from reading something from Linda Holmes again.
