Fighting Dirty is the last book in Lori Foster's Ultimate Series. And we've all been waiting for Armie's and Merissa's story from the very beginning, counting the seconds to get our hands in this book.

Armie has been stealing the show since he opened his mouth for the first time in this series. All of his friends look at him and see the talented fighter, the player who drives the ladies crazy and the laid-back friend who is always ready to help in the rec center. But they don't see how honorable and vulnerable he really is and how his past still affects his decisions and his future. Armie has a secret, something that happened a long time ago, but that secret is the reason why he doesn't want to be in the spotlight. Cannon is his best friend and knows Armie far better than even Armie realizes. Their bromance is absolutely perfect! Anyway, Armie is the hottest fighter in the MMA. He is also self-driven, confident, strong, fiercely loyal, has a huge sense of humor and an even bigger heart. Suffice to say, Armie is my new book boyfriend!

Rissy is Cannon's baby sister. She's a smart, talented, independent woman. She loves Cannon and she is close to the other fighters too, especially Leese. And she's been in love with Armie for a long time. Rissy is also fiercely loyal to her friends and her brother, has an awesome way to show them she stopped by (with “Rissy was here” of course) and she's absolutely perfect for Armie.

Armie avoids Rissy because she's Cannon's sister and he wants to protect her from himself and his past. Until Rissy is in danger and then all bets are off! Will Armie finally stop fighting his feelings? How will Cannon react if Armie risks a relationship with Rissy? And will Rissy win the ultimate fight for Armie's heart? You have to read Fighting Dirty to find out!

I loved Armie and Rissy's story! Their chemistry is crazy high, they are really great characters and they share a very strong connection. Even though I loved Tough Love, I've got to say that Fighting Dirty is now, without any doubt, my favorite book in this series. The only thing missing was an epilogue because I just needed a glimpse into Armie and Rissy's future! I'm really excited about the new spinoff series that will be featuring Leese, Brand, Justice and Miles.

I highly recommend, not only Fighting Dirty but the complete Ultimate Series, to anyone who loves MMA fighters, a steamy romance that also delivers suspense and a great book boyfriend!
