The guy who broke my heart is now an arrogant, too-hot firefighter... who's hell-bent on getting me back.
This summer, I have one goal: field work. I need it to finish my PhD. I never expected Finn Rhodes to offer help. He broke my heart twelve years ago, and now that he's back in town, I want nothing to do with him. The only problem? He insists we're meant to be together.
I'll pretend to date him, but actually? I'm trying to get him to dump me.
Between hiking the back country and cringe-worthy dates designed to turn him off, I begin to remember why we were best friends. Despite how hard I try, Finn isn't interested in dumping me... and now I'm not sure I want him to.
Finn's always been trouble. The kind that might break my heart. Again.
Finn Rhodes Forever is a spicy, second-chance romantic comedy. This is book four in the Queen's Cove series but can be read as a standalone.

Thank you so much to the author Stephanie Archer for sending me an ARC of her lovely book! These are my honest opinions.
This was easily one of my favorite contemporary romances of the year so far. It was sweet, funny, romantic and quite steamy!
Ok love that Olivia had the vintage Porsche moment!! I really enjoyed Finn and Olivia's story, I just wish they were able to communicate more about her hesitations and such. Finn just kept waiting for her while proving he was a steady guy. But if he had talked to her about it would they have gotten together sooner?
Sad this series is over!

I enjoyed this book the most. I love second chance romances and this one really delivered.
Both Olivia and Finn were so stubborn but I enjoyed them. I liked how Finn knew what Olivia was planning and he still didn't care and wanted to see where this was going and what she was going to do. Every plan she made backfired it was hilarious.
Finn was cocky but also extremely supportive. He was so obsessed with Liv, I loved it. He was the only person who not only read her papers, but also believed in her. I loved that they got their happy ending.
The scene where Liv was taking care of him was one of my favourites. And the way that he didn't even hesitate but told her that he wanted to buy a house for them? Iconic. I loved that.
He fucked up but redeemed himself and I loved Liv's realization at the end when she compared his situation to Cole's. And SHE TOOK THE GREEN PORSHE TO GET HIM BACK, YES. I LOVED THE ROLE REVERSAL HERE!!! AMAZING!
This was my least favourite out of the series 😢. It felt a bit forced I guess. I think I'll circle back and review later.
