Fire with Fire

The main character, Caine Riordan, seems too good. He is a polymath – good at everything (a real outlier). But, I eventually came to like him quite a lot. The story itself is fun with a nice twisty plot. However, I can only give it three stars because the story leaves a lot of strings hanging (sequel perhaps?) and there were some things that really stretched my ability to suspend disbelief. (I wish GoodReads allowed half stars. I would bump this story to 3.5 stars.)
