Fool Moon

Short review: This is more classic Dresden. A wizard that works as a PI with a specialization in the paranormal. I am from Chicago so I appreciate the Chicago angle of the books. It is magic/fantasy. It jumps across the line of absurd occasionally, but on the whole is good. It is part of the hero genre where the hero is trying to make up for past mistakes and never quite gets the girl because he is always trying to protect someone and doesn't really have time to live his own life. The audiobooks have a very good narrator.
