This wasn't a bad book, just very realistic in its portrayal of the struggles a couple that rushed into marriage suffers. When I look for a romance novel, I like happy ever after, happy endings. This book was painful like real life. It does have a happy ending but in the most realistic way possible. If you're looking for candy-coated romance, skip this book. If you want a more realistic, love-conquers-after-all sort of story, you might quite enjoy it.
