Gideon the Ninth

Space necromancer drama in a cool spooky castle. A lot of characters, but every one of them is distinct and interesting. A snarky reluctant hero narrator that I don't actually want to punch. Great writing. Honestly, I can't remember anything bad about the book except the trilogy is not finished >_<
