This book was a little long, but definitely worth the time it takes to read. The author is very thorough and paints a mosaic of the issues, causes, what can be done, etc. There is an autobiographical element mixed with background and statistics, as well as personal examples from people the author has worked with. I would recommend this to anyone interested in the issue of sex trafficking in the USA with people born and raised in the USA. Obviously, this is a problem well beyond this scope, but an in-depth focus of a specific demographic really contributes to an understanding of the problem. I have read other books that focus on sex/human trafficking as a whole, but this novel is more specific and comprehensive.
