I saw all the hype and had it sitting on the fence until I saw Kristopher was coming out with a second book and it is coming out on the 1st so I thought it would be splendid to finish this and pick the second one right up. Ugh, I am just... over half the book is just... boring. Little to nothing happens and then rest it hits you. I was sick and I felt bad for the victims. The ending though, I don't know. I want to say I am happy? Kinda but at the same time it was just... flat. Will I be picking up the second book? Eeehhh maybe? Probably.I do advise you to go look up the trigger warnings for this, as I will say you should ALWAYS do for horror.
