Graveyard is an interesting take on John Rain. Its also an interesting way to remain with the character and writing style but change the backdrop. Barry's writing style remains as strong as ever and he gives himself some space to maneuver. He tries to establish the principles that we know John Rain lives by and give us the way he acquired them. The love story is nicely interwoven and if there is only one complaint it is that Rain acquires all his experience in this one book which is a bit of a stretch. All in all a fast and nice addition to a character I have followed on a long journey.
