Gut: The Inside Story of Our Body's Most Underrated Organ

It bothered me how drawn out every subject was. Some things don't need 3 examples and 4 metaphors. It was very much written for someone who doesn't know much about the body. So I guess it also just wasn't aimed at me. I didn't learn much that I didn't already know or things that I felt were actually applicable to me.

I am really just not the target audience for this. It felt very very slow and boring to me.
