If I wanted to be yelled at for four hours, I would cruise the streets of NYC seeking verbal abuse from the homeless. That would be more interesting than this book. It could have been important, but instead Tirado's diatribe is pointless, without hope, boring, and annoying. Nickel and Dimed was much better and still feels relevant.
