A well plotted mystery about who killed someone in Merry's store. It's midsummer when tourists come to town, among them Merry's ex-fiancé and his new fiancée too...and her old coworkers and all...this town's too crowded by a long shot and it seems a killer has taken matters into his own hands by killing off the ex-fiancé in Merry's own shop! As usual with this series, it's not “who has motive” but “who DOESN'T have motive” as plenty of folks had good reason to hate him.
