While I enjoyed ‘The 100-Year Old Man...” and “The Girl Who Saved the King of Sweden”, this one fell flat for me. Perhaps unlike his previous books, this one does not have anyone I could root for. I did not find any of the characters sympathetic at all and what saved this book from a one-star rating was the usual farcical events that made Jonas Jonasson's first two books absolutely hilarious.
