Allan A Dale has always been my favorite Merry Man and I absolutely loved seeing Jenny Elder Moke's take on the Robin Hood legend. While we got to see the original Merry Men, the main focus was on their offspring including Isabelle, daughter of Marien and Robin Hood. It was so refreshing to see a story that stays true to the legend but also has its only story to tell. I loved watching Isabelle grow and learn about herself and how she fit into the world. This is Jenny Elder Moke's debut and I cannot wait to see what other stories she writes.
