Seriously though, this was a nice, fluffy read that makes some interesting points about faith, religion, the Catholic Church, and what it means to help people, whether within the Church's hierarchy or outside of it. The romance is, of course, highly idealized, but it's still an utterly fun bit of escapism, and given the state of the world right now, that's something anyone could use (if this sort of story is to their taste, natch).
