I really enjoyed this piece. She has a very positive outlook on life and a great sense of humor. It was fun hearing her thoughts on a variety of topics. It was not a challenging read, but it was an enjoyable one. My only complaint was that it was so short.
This lady has a really admirable career, but this book of essays felt a bit amateurish, maybe forced, for me. But if you are a fan of her work (Kitty) and are looking for a very light read, then why not...
I really, really wanted to love this book. I mean, I loved Judy Greer in Arrested Development and every chick-flick I've seen her in (which is probably most of them). But I kept thinking, man this book would have been awesome if she'd had a really good editor. I liked reading the fun stories about Hollywood and the jobs she's had, but there were things about it that bothered me (always calling her husband by his full name, using commas improperly in stream-of-consciousness moments), and I had a hard time getting over those.
