"Anastasia Allen has worked her entire life for a shot at Team USA. It looks like everything is going according to plan when she gets a full scholarship to the University of California, Maple Hills and lands a place on their competitive figure skating team. Nothing will stand in her way, not even the captain of the hockey team, Nate Hawkins. Nate's focus as team captain is on keeping his team on the ice. Which is tricky when a facilities mishap means they are forced to share a rink with the figure skating team--including Anastasia, who clearly can't stand him. But when Anastasia's skating partner faces an uncertain future, she may have to look to Nate to take her shot"--

Absolutely loved this book! Very, very spicy but well thought out. It wasn't necessarily like reading porn but simply just a romance novel with the right amount of teasers. Also loved some of the lines from the JJ and Henry! Totally recommend (AT LEAST 16+).
2/5 stars
Oh my God, finally it's over. There was literally one scene where I said out loud, “If she dies, that would be so good.” and honestly I stick by that, it would have made this book so much better.
This book did have some plus sides, from a diverse cast of (side) characters to being sex positive with a huge emphasis on consent. Everything else though was just not good. It was drawn out and lackluster.
It has potential though, if you take it apart and rearrange the scenea into something that makes sense. I think I was just hoping for a slowburn? This was the opposite of a slowburn.
Urghh, I just remembered that I had to read an entire scene of him making her orgasm in an Uber. Maybe I should give this one star

I could not finish this book! It took me almost 3 months...
I prefer books with less sex scenes and more character development. Yes, I know that Anastasia's arc is great or wathever, but I didn't care about her, nor Nate.
I like books that focus on the relationship and intimacy is kinda reward, not the moving gear of the relationship. Here they were naked at chapter 7 but she only started to deal with her problems on chapter 25!
Too childish, naive and boring.
