The morals of T.J. Klune's stories are about as subtle as a sledgehammer, but this queered, futuristic, twisted version of Pinocchio worked for me in a way that [b:Under the Whispering Door 53205888 Under the Whispering Door T.J. I credit the secondary character duo of Nurse Ratched (she's here to help and also to drill) and Rambo (aka The Little Roomba Who Could), whose behavior is hilarious, poignant, and irresistible.
