Indra Nooyi: A Biography

I loved this book. She is such a strong and influential person. Her hardwork and perseverance made her to reach great heights. She was a great startegist. She made others to follow her decision in a different way rather than saying it. She is a great motivation to me. Am so happy when came to know she hailed from Chennai, as am also from Chennai. Her role model and inspiration was her mother Shantha who helped her to o pursue her dream and to become a successful person in life as a good mother, wife, daughter and CEO. She says lot about PepsiCo in her biography, refranchising restaurant bussiness and adding more good for you products under PepsiCo. There were lot of acquisition during her period as member of PepsiCo. She once said PepsiCo as her child. I think all should read it. This is a great inspiration to women who want to break the glass ceiling.
